The high automation of the molding process, supported for over 50 years in the sector, allows us to create parts even with small dimensions and complex geometries, fully customizable and without quantitative restrictions on production.

TONNAGE

Our machine park consists of an innovative line of horizontal injection molding machines, with harvesting robots and safety and control systems, with a high level of automation, with a tonnage between 40 and 320.

Dimensions: our operating systems have molds with a thickness ranging from a minimum of 100mm to a maximum of 800mm. The printable weight limit is approximately 700 grams.

POST MOLDING AND DEPOSIT SERVICES

We provide post molding services such as:
- treatments (screen printing, pad printing);
- various processes (assembly, inserts assembly, threading, drilling, etc.).

We also have a large warehouse area for the storage, also for finished products.
